Shipping Policy
We ship from our location in Ontario, typically same day if the order is received before 3:30pm E.S.T. Mon – Fri and within 24-48 hours of receipt of order or the next business day on weekends or holidays. We ship Internationally to your country. We use the Postal Service, FedEx, Purolator Express and Canpar because they offer the most competitive rates along with the fastest delivery times. Only the Postal Service can deliver to PO Boxes. We ship using plain brown boxes that can be fully recycled and are very discreet. All products on our website are intended for the use of legal botanicals only, by agreeing to these terms before purchase you are verifying that they are being used for legal botanicals only.

In a hurry to get your new vape and accessories? Select FedEx/Purolator/Canpar shipping option for Next Business Day delivery. For PO Boxes select Priority Shipping. You could be vaping tomorrow!
Ultra Discrete Packaging:
All orders from PlanetHaze ship in plain padded envelopes or plain cardboard boxes depending on size. The envelopes / boxes carry no identifying external markings besides the minimum postal information required for delivery. The sender will be listed as 
. Feel confident ordering a gift for a loved one and they won’t know what it is when it arrives.
Shipping fees are generated by the Postal Service and are automatically generated upon checkout, we subsidize all shipping fees so you pay less than our actual cost. All shipping fees include basic insurance coverage and fuel surcharges. Applicable taxes will be applied to all domestic shipping charges.
Exception:
If your item is very flat and not breakable, contact us first about the shipping charges, often such items can be shipped very inexpensively. International Shipping Charges can vary depending mostly on actual shipping weight and current fuel taxes applied by the Postal Service. Orders to International destinations may be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the difference between actual and system calculated shipping costs if any.
Free Shipping:
Our $125.00+ (pre-tax) Domestic Free Expedited Shipping within Canada promotion and code specials include Nunavut, Yukon, and NWT. Free shipping does not apply to overweight / oversized item charges. Oversized items will be noted within the product details page. After discounted prices are used when determining free-shipping (ie. the $125.00 must be met after all discounts have been applied in order to receive free shipping on sales items.)
All orders ship complete. Pre-ordered products that are placed with any (non pre-order) order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item arrives. Partial shipped orders are permitted, however, additional shipping fees will apply. PlanetHaze reserves the right to alter shipping charges as circumstances warrant due to weight, box size, distance, product or rural addresses and to delay shipment in order to verify payment details.
Shipping Errata:
When a shipment has a tracking number and is shown as delivered on the postal services tracking website or the delivery date has passed 3 business days beyond the maximum number of delivery days and the shipment has not yet been received, PlanetHaze will open an investigation with the postal service. It is the receivers responsibility to notify PlanetHaze within 5 business days past the expected delivery date calculated from the shipping notification email if the parcel has not yet been received.
The postal service requires 5 – 10 business days to carry out its investigation, during which time no refunds or replacement items can be given. In most cases the shipment is found and quickly delivered, if the investigation result is that of a lost package, we will have a replacement order sent ASAP. PlanetHaze is not responsible for delayed, mis-routed shipments or stolen parcels once delivered where tracking shows it was delivered. *shipping delivery times are provided by the carrier and are based on the average delivery time for the chosen service level inclusive of any customs / unforeseen events / weather delays and are not guaranteed.
Xpresspost deliveries by USPS to the United States and International destinations by Post, require a signature upon delivery. A signature is a requirement by the postal service for Xpresspost shipments and we are unable to remove the signature requirement.
Refusal of Delivery:
Any order refused, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs that occur during the return delivery process.
Incorrect Shipping Information / Item Returned to Shipper:
If a package is returned to PlanetHaze due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer and / or the receiver is not at the address given, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.
Fees:
PlanetHaze will not be responsible for any financial charges you may incur by your banking institution, customs, governments, delivery provider or any other charges incurred.
