XTAR Dragon VP4 Plus Battery Charger is your personal battery doctor. The Dragon VP4 Plus can test battery internal resistance and voltage as well as test battery real capacity by precisely measuring the voltage and internal resistance of your battery as a multi meter.

 

The Dragon VP4 can recognize / display / charge Ni-MH and Li-ion batteries at the same time and it also displays the charging current, battery / battery pack status, battery capacity percentage, battery type and channels, battery voltage, battery resistance, charge / test / refresh status and 3S Pack / USB Output status.
