All shipping methods include tracking except for Small Packet USA Air and Small Packet International Air.  If you should have received a tracking number but didn’t, please check your junk / spam folder first.  Some junk folders don’t sync so you will need to login to your email account online with a browser.

We sure do!  With a 125.00 sub total most items ship free in Canada via Canada Post Expedited with tracking.  International orders do not have a free shipping option. Some over weight / oversized items / dangerous goods are excluded.  We have also been known to upgrade shipping for free to FedEx / Purolator / Canpar over night on occasion :)

We no longer have our Instant VIP Curbside Pickup.  All orders must be placed online and only shipping options are available right now.  If you have any questions, please call our toll free number 1.855.773.7719.

We ship same day for orders received before 3pm EST.  On weekends and holidays when couriers and postal service aren’t doing pickups, orders will ship next on the next business day.

  • Record your order #
  • Login to your online Canadian bank and make an Interac e-Transfer payment to: sales@press19.com
  • Do Not put PlanetHaze anywhere on the interac e-transfer
  • Enter ONLY your Order # in the comments section of the Interac e-Transfer payment
  • NOTE: If your Bank supports interac e-transfer auto deposit, you will not be required to enter any of the below security info
  • Use Sales as the First Name
  • Use Press as the Last Name
  • Use the phrase Answer Is as your security question
  • Use the word 42glass as your password
  • Once your payment is received, you will receive an email with your invoice
  • When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipping details
  • We will hold your order for 24 Hours, if payment is not received within 24 Hours of the order being placed, your order will be cancelled.

Delivery dates are provided during checkout by the carrier and are an estimation only.  Since April 2020, all carriers cancelled their guaranteed delivery times.  If you parcel is more than 3 days late, please Contact Us so we can open an investigation.

The USPS Small Packet Air shipping service is the lowest cost and slowest shipping option to the USA.  To keep the cost of the service as low as possible, USPS does not include tracking with Small Packet Air shipments and is only recommended for orders under $100.00.  Delivery Times and No Tracking info is displayed real time during checkout.  Please be aware, all costs and shipping times provided during checkout are real-time provided by USPS and are business days Mon-Fri and do not include weekends so the 10 business days shown is a full two weeks.  Depending on any USPS delays, it could be even later, but sometimes also arrive several days early.  Please be courteous to our SupportNinjas and don’t contact them about your Small Packet Air delivery until 17 calendar days after your shipping day.

Shipping is calculated in real time according to the weight and size of contents in your cart and your shipping address.  We offer several shipping choices to all locations.  Add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart.  View your shopping cart here Shopping Cart and click on Calculate shipping and enter your full shipping address.  You should now see several shipping choices with their cost and transit times.

*Note:  Not all shipping choices include tracking, please pay attention to your shipping choice.  If using a form filler, especially on an Apple device, shipping choices might not show up.  If this happens, refresh the screen and enter the data manually.

Thanks for your interest in our PVHES glassware, the highest quality and best performing glassware available for Arizer Solo, Solo 2, Air, Air 2 and ArGo vaporizers.  Most of our PVHES glass is currently out of stock.  We had to move and our new location doesn’t allow open flames, so no glass blowing. We are working on a solution and hope to have more soon..

We are also transitioning from PlanetVape to this new website www.PlanetHaze.com  and are rebranding PVHES (Planet Vape High Efficiency Stems) to PHDHES (Planet Haze Designs High Efficiency Stems).  All new Stems / GonGs etc. can be found by searching PHDHES in the search bar on the top of this page.
